Proper attire is essential for safe and effective ballet training. Please follow the guidelines for your program group.

Pre-Ballet & Children (Ages 3–9)

Girls / Female

Powder pink or light blue leotard
Pink ballet tights
Soft leather pink ballet shoes
Hair neatly in a bun

Boys / Male

White fitted T-shirt
Black ballet tights or shorts
White canvas ballet shoes

Teens (Ages 10–15)

Girls / Female

Black or navy leotard
Pink ballet tights
Pink leather or canvas ballet shoes
Hair in a secure bun

Boys / Male

White fitted T-shirt
Black ballet tights
White canvas ballet shoes

Professional Grades (1–8)

Girls / Female

Academy-approved leotard (colour by grade)
Pink ballet tights
Leather ballet shoes; pointe shoes when approved
Hair in a classical bun

Boys / Male

White fitted T-shirt
Black tights
White ballet shoes or black character shoes

Adults

Girls / Female

Any fitted leotard in dark or neutral colour
Ballet tights or dance leggings
Soft ballet shoes or canvas shoes
Hair away from face
