Our studios offer the ideal environment for Pilates mat work, reformer sessions, and clinical Pilates instruction. With sprung wooden floors, full-wall mirrors, and a calm, professional atmosphere, the Wiener Ballettakademie studios are trusted by Pilates instructors, physiotherapists, and movement therapists across Vienna.
Studios 2, 3, and 5 are particularly well-suited for Pilates, offering the right dimensions, natural light, and quiet focus for individual sessions and small group classes. Our intimate Studio 5 (55 m²) is perfect for one-on-one reformer and clinical work, while Studios 2 and 3 (90 m² each) comfortably accommodate mat classes of up to 20 participants.
Located at Längenfeldgasse 27 in Meidling, our studios are available seven days a week from 07:00 to 22:00. We welcome independent Pilates instructors, physiotherapy practices, teacher training programs, and wellness providers from Vienna and beyond.

What are the rental rates?+
Hourly rates start at €15 for Studio 5 and range up to €30 for our largest studios during peak hours. Half-day (4 hours) rentals start at €90, full-day (8 hours) at €160, and weekly residency packages are available on request. All rates are exclusive of VAT.
What hours are the studios available?+
All five studios are available seven days a week from 07:00 to 22:00, including weekends and public holidays. Early-morning and late-evening bookings can be arranged on request.
Where are the studios located?+
All studios are located at Längenfeldgasse 27, 1120 Vienna, in the Meidling district. The building is a 5-minute walk from the U6 underground line, with bus and tram connections nearby. Street parking is available.
Do I need to be a ballet dancer to rent a studio?+
Not at all. Our studios are used for ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, fitness, filming, photography, auditions, rehearsals, workshops, and private events. Any movement-based activity is welcome.
Can I rent a studio for a single hour?+
Yes. Hourly rental is our most popular option. You can book a studio for as little as one hour, or reserve multiple consecutive hours for longer rehearsals and workshops.
Is there parking and public transport access?+
Yes. The building is a 5-minute walk from the U6 (Längenfeldgasse station), with bus lines 7A and 14A and tram line 18 nearby. Street parking is available on Längenfeldgasse and surrounding streets.
Can I bring my own equipment and props?+
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own mats, props, reformers, sound equipment, or filming gear. Secure storage is available if you need to leave equipment between sessions.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings?+
Yes. We offer reduced rates for half-day, full-day, and weekly bookings, as well as special packages for company residencies and academy partners. Contact us for a custom quote.

Absolutely. Our studios feature natural daylight, full-wall mirrors, clean backgrounds, and professional sound systems — making them popular for dance film shoots, music videos, photo sessions, and auditions.
