While our name speaks of ballet, our studios welcome every discipline: hip-hop and breakdance crews, jazz and contemporary choreographers, ballroom and Latin dancers, martial artists, fitness trainers, theatre groups, film crews, photographers, and event organizers.
Our studios range from an intimate 55 m² room for private sessions to grand 100 m² halls for large groups. Every studio features a professional sprung floor, full-wall mirrors, a sound system, and climate control — the infrastructure any movement practice needs. You bring your style, your music, and your people; we provide the space.
Located at Längenfeldgasse 27 in Vienna's Meidling district, our studios are available seven days a week from 07:00 to 22:00. Whether you need a room for a single hour of rehearsal or a week-long residency, we make studio rental in Vienna simple, flexible, and affordable.

Hourly rates start at €15 for Studio 5 and range up to €30 for our largest studios during peak hours. Half-day (4 hours) rentals start at €90, full-day (8 hours) at €160, and weekly residency packages are available on request. All rates are exclusive of VAT.

All studios are located at Längenfeldgasse 27, 1120 Vienna, in the Meidling district. The building is a 5-minute walk from the U6 underground line, with bus and tram connections nearby. Street parking is available.
Do I need to be a ballet dancer to rent a studio?+
Not at all. Our studios are used for ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, fitness, filming, photography, auditions, rehearsals, workshops, and private events. Any movement-based activity is welcome.
Can I rent a studio for a single hour?+
Yes. Hourly rental is our most popular option. You can book a studio for as little as one hour, or reserve multiple consecutive hours for longer rehearsals and workshops.
Is there parking and public transport access?+
Yes. The building is a 5-minute walk from the U6 (Längenfeldgasse station), with bus lines 7A and 14A and tram line 18 nearby. Street parking is available on Längenfeldgasse and surrounding streets.
Can I bring my own equipment and props?+
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own mats, props, reformers, sound equipment, or filming gear. Secure storage is available if you need to leave equipment between sessions.
