Whether you are capturing a solo portfolio, a class in motion, a fashion editorial with a dance theme, or promotional material for your company — our studios offer the perfect backdrop.
With full-length mirrors, natural light options, and professional-grade studio dimensions, our spaces adapt to your creative vision. Five studios ranging from 55 m² to 100 m² give you the room to move, shoot, and create without compromise.

Complete Studio Rental Only
We provide the space. You get a clean, professional dance studio with mirrors, barres, and natural light options.
You bring everything else. The academy does not provide any photography, lighting, audio, or technical equipment. There are no cameras, lights, tripods, backdrops, or sound systems available on site.
The photographer is fully responsible for bringing and operating all of their own equipment — cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, backdrops, reflectors, laptops, and any other gear needed for the shoot.
This is a complete rental only. No academy staff, technicians, or assistants are included. You rent the space, you run the shoot.

How It Works — Example
The 30-minute preparation and 30-minute cleanup buffers are always included in every booking. They give you time to set up your equipment before the shoot and pack down afterward — without rushing. You are only charged for your actual shooting hours at €30/hour.

The academy does not provide, rent, or lend any photography, lighting, or technical equipment. If you arrive without your gear, the shoot cannot proceed and no refund will be issued.

Five professional studios ranging from 55 m² to 100 m². Each has its own light character, dimensions, and atmosphere — pick the one that fits your shoot.

55 m²Natural light note: Studios 1, 2, 3, and 4 feature large windows. Morning light (07:00–11:00) is warm and directional. Midday (11:00–15:00) is bright and even. Afternoon (15:00–19:00) offers soft, golden tones. Studio 5 has a single window and is best for controlled, ambient, or strobe-lit work.
Before You Book
Rental Policies & Rules
Please review these policies before booking. They ensure a smooth, professional experience for everyone.
Arrival & Access
- Arrive at Längenfeldgasse 27, 1120 Vienna at your booked start time — the 30-minute prep buffer begins then.
- Check in at reception upon arrival. You will be shown to your studio and given a brief orientation.
- Late arrivals do not extend the booking end time. Your shoot must conclude within the booked window.
- Early arrival before the prep buffer is not permitted — the studio may be occupied by the previous booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the booking: full refund.
- Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before: no refund.
- No-shows or arrivals without equipment are not eligible for any refund.
- Academy-initiated cancellations (e.g. facility emergency) receive a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
Damage & Liability
- The photographer/renter is fully responsible for any damage to the studio, floors, mirrors, barres, or equipment caused by their team or gear.
- Wooden floors are professional-grade — no spike heels, heavy equipment stands without floor protection, or adhesive tape on the floor.
- Mirrors are floor-to-ceiling and fragile — no leaning equipment against mirrors or applying tape to glass.
- The academy is not liable for any personal injury, equipment damage, theft, or loss during your rental.
- We recommend that photographers carry their own liability and equipment insurance.
Studio Rules
- No food or open drinks inside the studios — water in sealed bottles only.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
- No animals unless part of an approved shoot.
- Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level — the building hosts classes and rehearsals simultaneously.
- All gear, props, and personal belongings must be removed during the cleanup buffer.
Cleanup Expectations
- The 30-minute cleanup buffer is for packing down your gear — not for extensive cleaning.
- Remove all tape, marks, props, and debris. Leave the studio as you found it.
- Place all trash in the bins provided in the hallway.
- Report any spills, marks, or damage to reception before you leave.
- A cleaning fee of €50–€150 may be charged if the studio is left in unacceptable condition.
Departure
- All equipment and belongings must be removed by the end of your cleanup buffer.
- Return any academy props or barres to their original position.
- Check out at reception before leaving.
- Keys or access cards, if issued, must be returned at departure.

Everything you need to plan your arrival, transport your gear, and settle in for a smooth shoot.
Arriving by Car
Street parking is available on Längenfeldgasse and surrounding streets. Paid parking zones apply Monday–Friday 09:00–22:00. Saturday is free. The nearest parking garage is the Meidlinger Hauptplatz garage, a 5-minute walk away.
Public Transport
U6 underground — Längenfeldgasse station is a 5-minute walk. Bus lines 7A and 14A stop directly on Längenfeldgasse. Tram line 18 stops at Eichenstraße, a 4-minute walk. The station is fully accessible.
Loading & Unloading
A loading zone is available directly in front of the building entrance on Längenfeldgasse. You may stop for up to 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Bring a trolley or cart for heavy gear — the entrance is at street level with step-free access to all studios.
Nearby Amenities
Cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk on Meidlinger Hauptstraße. A supermarket (Spar) is 3 minutes away for water, snacks, and supplies. Pharmacies and ATMs are within 5 minutes on foot.
Power & Electricity
All studios have standard Austrian 230V Schuko outlets. Studios 1 and 4 have additional high-power circuits suitable for professional strobe lighting. If you are bringing high-wattage continuous lighting, let us know in your inquiry so we assign the right studio.
Wi-Fi & Connectivity
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all studios. The network name and password are provided at reception. Speeds are suitable for tethered shooting, file transfer, and video calls. For large file uploads, we recommend a mobile hotspot as backup.

How to Book a Photo Shoot
Booking a studio for your photo shoot takes just a few minutes.

Select from our five professional studios and pick your preferred date and time slots using the availability calendar.
Submit Your Request
Fill in the rental request form with your details, participant count, and any special requirements for your shoot.
Confirm & Pay
We confirm availability within 24 hours. Secure your booking with online payment via Stripe. The 30-min prep and 30-min cleanup buffers are included automatically.
Bring Your Equipment
Arrive with all your photography gear. Use the 30-minute preparation buffer to set up, shoot for your booked hours, and use the 30-minute cleanup buffer to pack down.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide photography equipment?+
No. The academy does not provide any photography, lighting, audio, or technical equipment. This is a complete studio rental only — you must bring and operate all of your own equipment.
How much does it cost to rent the studio for a photo shoot?+
The rate is €30 per hour. Every booking automatically includes a 30-minute preparation buffer (for setup) and a 30-minute cleanup buffer (for packing down). You are charged only for your actual shooting hours. For example, a 2-hour shoot costs €60 and gives you 3 hours of total studio access.
Can I see the studio before booking?+
Yes. You can view our studios on the availability calendar page, or contact us to arrange a viewing appointment before your shoot.
How many people can I bring?+
The base rate includes up to 10 participants. Each additional person beyond 10 costs €5 per hour. This includes photographers, assistants, models, and anyone else on set.
What are the studio hours?+
Studios are available 7 days a week from 07:00 to 22:00. Bookings outside these hours are not available.
Is there Wi-Fi and power?+
Yes, all studios have Wi-Fi access and standard power outlets. If you have high-power lighting equipment, please let us know in advance so we can assign a suitable studio.
What if I arrive without equipment?+
The shoot cannot proceed without your own equipment, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you bring everything you need — we do not provide, rent, or lend any gear.
