One Academy, Five Studios, Every Movement
The Wiener Ballettakademie offers five world-class studios in Vienna for hourly, daily, and weekly rental. While our name speaks of ballet, our studios welcome every discipline — from classical ballet and contemporary dance to hip-hop, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, fitness, filming, and photography.
Our studios range from an intimate 55 m² room for private sessions to grand 100 m² halls for large ensembles. Every studio features a professional sprung floor, full-wall mirrors, a sound system, and climate control. Located at Längenfeldgasse 27 in Meidling, we are available seven days a week from 07:00 to 22:00.

Our flagship studio — a grand, light-filled hall with full-wall mirrors, professional ballet barres, and a sprung Harlequin floor. Ideal for company rehearsals, auditions, and large ensemble work.

A versatile mid-sized studio with sprung flooring, full mirrors, and barres. Well-suited for Pilates mat work, yoga sessions, and small-group training.

A second 90 m² studio mirroring Studio 2 in layout and equipment. Perfect for parallel rehearsals, private coaching, or movement and mindfulness sessions.
Studio 4
A second grand 100 m² hall with full mirrors, barres, and sprung flooring. Designed for large classes, choreographic workshops, and performance preparation.

How many studios are available for rent?+
We have five professional studios available for rent at Längenfeldgasse 27, 1120 Vienna. Studios 1 and 4 are 100 m² grand halls, Studios 2 and 3 are 90 m² each, and Studio 5 is an intimate 55 m² room — over 430 m² of combined dance space.
What can I rent a studio for?+
Anything movement-based: ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, breakdance, jazz, ballroom, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, fitness, filming, photography, auditions, rehearsals, workshops, private lessons, and private events. If it involves movement, our studios can host it.
What are the rental rates?+
Hourly rates start at €15 for Studio 5 and range up to €30 for our largest studios during peak hours. Half-day (4 hours) rentals start at €90, full-day (8 hours) at €160, and weekly residency packages are available on request. All rates are exclusive of VAT.
What hours are the studios available?+
All five studios are available seven days a week from 07:00 to 22:00, including weekends and public holidays. Early-morning and late-evening bookings can be arranged on request.
Where are the studios located?+
All studios are at Längenfeldgasse 27, 1120 Vienna, in the Meidling district. The building is a 5-minute walk from the U6 underground line, with bus and tram connections nearby. Street parking is available.
Do I need to be a ballet dancer to rent a studio?+
Not at all. While we are the Wiener Ballettakademie, our studios are used for every movement discipline — ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, fitness, filming, photography, auditions, workshops, and private events. Any movement-based activity is welcome.
Can I rent a studio for a single hour?+
Yes. Hourly rental is our most popular option. You can book a studio for as little as one hour, or reserve multiple consecutive hours for longer rehearsals and workshops.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings?+
Yes. We offer reduced rates for half-day, full-day, and weekly bookings, as well as special packages for company residencies and academy partners. Contact us for a custom quote.
Are the studios suitable for filming and photography?+
Absolutely. Our studios feature natural daylight, full-wall mirrors, clean backgrounds, and professional sound systems — making them popular for dance film shoots, music videos, photo sessions, and auditions.
Can I bring my own equipment and props?+
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own mats, props, reformers, sound equipment, or filming gear. Secure storage is available if you need to leave equipment between sessions.
