With 550 m² of total space distributed across five distinct rooms, selecting the right studio for your specific needs is key to a productive rehearsal. Studios 1 and 4 are our largest halls at 100 m² each, offering the generous space required for larger groups of up to 25 dancers, intricate choreography involving wide travel, or workshops that require plenty of floor space for accessories and gear.
If you are working in a smaller ensemble or a more intimate setting, Studios 2 and 3 provide 90 m² of space, which is often sufficient for mid-sized groups or rehearsals focused on technique. For soloists, private Pilates sessions, or one-on-one coaching, Studio 5 at 55 m² offers a focused, efficient environment that is both cost-effective and perfectly proportioned for individual work.
Included Facilities for a Seamless Session
We believe that you should be able to focus entirely on your movement the moment you step into the room. Every one of our five studios comes fully equipped with essential amenities to support your practice. This includes full-wall mirrors for essential self-correction, as well as a mix of fixed and portable ballet barres that can be adjusted to suit your specific rehearsal needs.
Additionally, each studio features a dedicated sound system so you can easily connect your device and get moving without technical delays. To ensure your comfort during both early morning starts and late-night sessions, every room is equipped with climate control. After your session, you are welcome to utilize our onsite changing rooms to freshen up before heading back out into the city.
Planning Your Booking: Half-Day and Full-Day Options
While our hourly slots are perfect for quick rehearsals, many of our users require more time to dive deep into their creative process. If you are organizing a weekend intensive, a long-form choreography session, or a multi-disciplinary shoot, you can opt for our half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) booking blocks.
Booking these longer segments not only guarantees the space for a sustained period but also simplifies your logistics. By securing a longer block, you avoid the need to move your equipment between slots or worry about other groups arriving immediately after you. Remember that these sessions are subject to the same transparent pricing, meaning you never have to worry about hidden peak-time surcharges, even during weekend intensives.
The 10% Creator Discount
We love to showcase the creativity that happens within our walls. We offer a 10% discount to renters who are happy to let our team film or photograph a portion of their session for our own promotional use. This is a great way for independent teachers and creators to lower their overhead while contributing to our shared dance community.

How to Navigate Your Arrival
Our location at Längenfeldgasse 27 is designed to be as accessible as possible for dancers coming from all corners of Vienna. Located in the 12th district, we are just a five-minute walk from the U4 and U6 interchange at Längenfeldgasse, making the commute stress-free regardless of the time on the clock. You can also reach us via the 62 tram or the Badner Bahn (WLB), both of which stop conveniently close to our front door.
When planning your arrival, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows you to navigate the building and set up your sound system so that you can begin your rehearsal at the exact minute your rental starts. Please note that since the studios are in constant use by the academy’s own students and teachers, rooms are only accessible during your pre-booked period.

To ensure your experience is as smooth as possible, keep in mind that our availability calendar is live and updates in real-time. A common mistake is leaving a booking request in your cart without finalizing the checkout. Please be aware that your studio is only officially reserved once your secure card payment is processed; unpaid requests do not hold the room and remain available for other users to book.
If you are planning a group project, make sure to account for your total head count in advance. Our base pricing covers up to 10 people, and we charge a small supplement of +€5 per extra person per hour for larger groups. Communicating this to your participants beforehand helps keep your check-in process quick and ensures that you remain fully compliant with our studio usage guidelines throughout your session.
